How quickly we reply

Phone — 1800 512 423: The quickest way to reach us, seven days a week. If nobody picks up, leave a message with a number and we'll call you back.
Email and the form below: We aim to reply within one business day. Commercial enquiries can take a little longer if we need to check machine availability at a particular store before quoting.
Something wrong mid-wash?: Don't wait on email — call 1800 512 423. We can usually start a machine remotely while you're still standing in front of it. Contact details are displayed inside every store too. See refunds and machine faults for what happens if you paid twice.

Making a commercial enquiry

We work with accommodation and short-stay operators, gyms, sports clubs, cleaning companies and hospitality businesses. The 27kg washers and 20kg dryers are what make this worth doing at volume, and the 5am–midnight hours mean you can run it around shift work rather than in the middle of the day.

The more of this you can tell us up front, the sooner we can give you a real number instead of a range:

·Roughly how much you wash per week — kilos or number of loads, an estimate is fine
·What it is: linen, towels, uniforms, gym gear, cleaning cloths
·Which store suits you, or just the suburb you work out of
·When you'd want to run it — early mornings and late nights are the quietest
·Whether you'll do it yourself or want us to talk through the options

Before you write: opening hours, machine sizes, payment and what's included are all covered in the FAQs, and if you just want to know whether a machine is free right now, Washer Radar shows that live.
