New members get 50% off their first wash or dry — one redemption per customer. Sign up free in under a minute at the in-store payment kiosk; no app or account needed. Valid at our Ashbury and St Albans laundromats on any machine, from the 14kg ($8) washer to the 27kg ($14) washer and our 13kg and 20kg dryers.

Who can use it: New Local Laundry Lounge members at Ashbury or St Albans who have not previously redeemed the introductory discount.
How to redeem: Create your free member profile at the in-store kiosk, select an eligible washer or dryer, and check that the 50% discount appears before payment.

Bonus loyalty credit

Top up your laundry wallet at the kiosk and we'll add bonus credit on top: get $5 extra on a $30 top-up, $10 on a $50 top-up, or $25 on a $100 top-up. Loyalty credit works on any washer or dryer at our open locations, so your regular washing costs less.

Validity: Current ongoing member benefit at Ashbury and St Albans. Available bonus tiers are shown at the kiosk when you top up.
Who can use it: Customers with a Local Laundry Lounge member wallet who complete one of the listed top-up amounts.
How to redeem: Sign in at the kiosk, choose $30, $50, or $100 as your wallet top-up, and confirm the corresponding bonus before payment.
Key terms: Bonus credit is added to the member wallet for use on Local Laundry Lounge washers and dryers. It is not cash, is not refundable as cash, and only applies to the listed top-up tiers.

Using an offer at Armstrong Creek

The Ashbury store is at The Square on Horseshoe Bend Road in Armstrong Creek. Free on-site parking and 14kg, 18kg, and 27kg washers make it practical for weekly family loads, bulky doonas, pet bedding, and regular commercial washing. The centre is convenient for Armstrong Creek, Mount Duneed, Charlemont, Waurn Ponds, and Surf Coast commuters.
